Crashes constantly on iPhone 3Gs

Very frustrating program. Crashes quite frequently - pretty much every time I try to enable a stream from iMac (iTunes radio) to my iPhone if I switch the speakers on and off (on Remote HD); almost as frequently other times when streaming audio. Also crashes when frequently (randomly) when accessing my Apple TV and using Remote HD as a remote.

Considering this isnt cheap by most utility app standards, Id really like my money back. :(
