Unhappy buyer

Remote hd lacks customer support Im general & thats if you get a response . Tec support does not exist & the last update was when they made the app other then that of you purchase and the device you are using it on updates there software then remote hd will not support that product . Xbmc updated & now remote hd keyboard to type does not work period . Not worth the money stick to reliable company names . Remote hd wants your cash then cashes out .
